This guide contains everything you need to know before the Golf Day.

Before the Golf Day, please remember to:

☐ Complete, sign and send the Randpark Hole Sponsor Information Pack with your beverage order (if required) to events@randpark.co.za, no less than 5 working days before the event.

☐ Send your 4-Ball team details on or before 12 August. Complete this form.

☐ Send your company logo and Digital Catalogue content to bemarking@llg.co.za on or before 17 August.

☐ Label all branding with your company name and hole number.

☐ Arrange your gazebo, banners and promotional material.

☐ Bring sunscreen, hats and comfortable seating if required.

☐ Most importantly... enjoy a fantastic day with us!

Please send your 4-Ball team details to us on or before 12 August by completing and submitting this quick form.

On Arrival

If you are setting up your sponsored hole on the morning of the event, please report to Randpark Reception on arrival.
A course marshal will direct you to your sponsored hole.

Hole Setup & Branding

Branding Delivery

You may deliver your branding:

The day before the Golf Day
After 13:00

On the morning of the Golf Day
Between 07:00 and 09:00

Should you need to deliver branding earlier in the week, please arrange this directly with Randpark's Events Manager.

Branding Requirements

Please ensure that all branding is clearly labelled with:

• Company Name

• Hole Number

• Contact Person

Branding Allowed Per Hole

Each hole may have:

• 1 Gazebo

• 2 Teardrop Banners

Sponsors are encouraged to create an attractive and welcoming area for golfers while ensuring that pathways and playing areas remain unobstructed.

Refreshments at Your Hole

BorgBingo Game & Digital Catalogue

Many sponsors enjoy offering refreshments to golfers during the day.

Randpark Golf Club can supply:

Beer
Wine
Ciders
Coolers
Soft Drinks
Bottled Water
Ice

A zinc ice bath will be provided for beverages purchased through Randpark.

Bringing Your Own Beverages

Sponsors may bring their own beverages to their sponsored hole.

Please note:

A surcharge of R1 350 applies per sponsored hole.
Sponsors may also bring their own hard tack (such as shooters).
Security may confiscate alcohol brought onto the course without the necessary approval from Randpark.

Beverage Orders

If you would like Randpark to supply beverages, please submit the following to the Events Manager at least five (5) working days before the Golf Day:

Unfortunately, late beverage orders cannot be guaranteed.

Beverage Guide

For a full field of approximately 120 golfers, Randpark recommends ordering approximately:

8 Cases (192 beverages)

This allows for approximately one beverage per golfer, with additional stock available for caddies or extra guests.

Additional Deliveries

Should you require additional beverages or ice during the event, please contact the Randpark Events Team.

Please allow approximately 30–45 minutes for delivery.

After the Event

Please ensure that:

All branding is removed after the event.
Your sponsored area is left clean and free of litter.

Randpark Golf Club cannot accept responsibility for branding or equipment left on the course after the event. Branding not collected within the prescribed period may be disposed of by the Club.
